  • 2 cups chopped peeled and seeded papaya (about 1 medium)
  • 1 cup chilled pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup low-fat (1%) milk
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

Tip: Trader Joe's carries frozen papaya chunks to make this even easier!
