I was feeling very unmotivated and kinda down. The rain had stopped so I decided to get off my rear and get outside.
My dog was thrilled.
Usually, I make excuses for staying in when it is wet and cold but I knew I had to shake the Monday funk and fresh air was just the thing to do it...at least I hoped. Plus, I think it could count for exercise so that would be one thing off my list. I was bound to burn some calories.
