Meet Elizabeth

I'm the founder of Flutter & Sprout, an online space dedicated to providing spiritual and personal development for your inner artist. No matter how you choose to express yourself (whether through a visual medium like painting, a physical one like dance, in written form or in a wholly unique way), you’re welcome here.

I believe wholeheartedly in the strength and beauty of the feminine. As women, we have the unequivocal potential to conceive, generate and develop our hearts' desires; to genuinely create our universe into being.

My own art, both visual and written, stems from the depths of my heart, my intuition, and my boldest, wildest dreams. Both my writing and my paintings (created primarily in acrylic and collage) celebrate the female spirit. As I work, I combine my love of storytelling with my fascination for all things mystical. By doing so, I give life to pieces that are characterized by a whimsical, feminine aesthetic.

Born in Romania to a father named Vlad (who may or may not have been a real vampire) and a mother who scarred me for life by letting me watch Michael Jackson's Thriller music video at the age of three, I have always harnessed a curiosity for all things fantasy, magic, and unexplained.

Having graduated with an English Literature degree, I became a published author of fantasy and paranormal romance novels at the age of 23. Over the course of the decade that followed, I wrote more than 20 romance novels for publishers such as Harlequin Enterprises. In addition to my successful novelist career, I have explored my passion for creative entrepreneurship through various other avenues: as a scrapbooking teacher and YouTuber, a graphic designer, and a spiritual personal development coach.

Every one of the creative skills I have built over my life as an artist, I now pour into my visual art practice and the creative and spiritual guidance I provide through my group program.

My work is an invitation to awaken your innate power, potency, and potential.
